    How long does it take to engrave and ship my glass?

    We want you to enjoy your glass ASAP!

    Orders placed before 12pm it will be sent out the same day, Monday - Friday.

    How much is engraving?

    We charge a flat fee of $19.95 for our engraving service, regardless of whether you're personalising 1 glass or 6.

    Is there a limit to how many characters I can have engraved on my glass?

    Yes, due to space limitations on the glasses, there is character limit for engravings.

    However, we are dedicated to making your vision come to life. If you have specific idea that exceed the standard character limit, please get in touch with our customer service team.

    We're always happy to discuss potential solutions and work with you to ensure your glassware is personalised to your satisfaction.

    What is your policy on breakage during shipping?

    We ensure our products are packaged securely for shipping. However, in the very rare event that your glasses arrives damaged, we operate on a 'Hassle-Free' policy.

    Simply contact our customer service immediately with photos of the damaged product, and we will swiftly arrange for a replacement to be sent.

    I want to order multiple glasses but want different engravings on each. Is that possible?

    Absolutely! We understand the desire for each piece to tell its own unique story.

    You'll be given the option to select engraving for one glass. Then in the notes of your order, please state the remaining engravings you would like.

    If you encounter any difficulties or have special requests, our customer service team is always ready to assist you.

    How long will the engraving on my glass last?

    The engraving on your glass is permanent and will last as long as the glass itself. We use state of the art laser technology to ensure the durability and quality of our engravings.

    Is this glass dishwasher safe?

    It's recommend you always hand wash and dry your glasses with a non-abrasive cloth to ensure their longevity. 

    Care instructions are provided with all orders.

    I'm sending this as a gift. Can you leave the invoice out of the packaging?

    Absolutely! We understand the importance of maintaining the element of surprise for gift recipients. We make sure not to include any pricing information or invoices within the package.

    Can I return or exchange personalised glass?

    For personalised glassware, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to it being created specifically for you. If you encounter any issues with your personalised order, please contact our customer support team.

    For all non personalised glassware, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or submit a return. Please ensure that the items are unused and in their original packaging.
